Julio Loredo
Julio, born and raised in Waco, Texas, discovered his interest in drafting and design during high school. He pursued that passion through formal education and began his career at a structural engineering firm, gaining valuable experience in construction and structural design. Julio later landed his dream job drafting residential construction plans, where he refined his focus on home design. With over 10 years of drafting experience, including 5 years specializing in residential design, Julio is dedicated to turning homeowners’ ideas into clear, buildable plans.
